As Owners of Real Property Preservation LLC, Donnell and Samantha Dixon have experience in the construction industry and Business world. They have three children they are raising in Snohomish, Wa. They are busy building their business and giving back to their community thru the youth sports world.

Co-CEO / Inventory Control and Fleet Manager
Mike and Karen Ivy have been blessed with decades of experience running small business'. They have been married 35 years and have three adult children and five grandchildren. Mike retired from the coaching world after 30 years recently. Their grandchildren's sporting events keep them busy when they aren't running the company!

Heath does a little bit of everything at Real Property Preservation LLC, such as keeping our field crews on the right track and making sure we’re delivering consistent service. He has a degree in Turf Management, which makes him an incredible asset, when it comes to landscaping jobs, hardscape, leveling, and drainage issues.  He is a proud father to his Dog, and We’re so lucky to have Heath on our team!
